Expanded the public evidence database, added the six-scale scientific core, integrated the open KABS validation medication list, strengthened medication identity handling, introduced Ask UnifiedACB, multi-medication comparison, 100 educational articles and expanded testing.
Expanded the multi-source evidence model, provenance tracking, medication identity review and website search/compare tools.
Established the reproducibility baseline, source records, scale observations and initial public documentation.
Historical release records are retained in the project archive. Future public updates should append meaningful changes without deleting earlier history.
