Privacy
UnifiedACB is designed to minimize collection of personal information. Medication searches and evidence browsing do not require a UnifiedACB account. Ask UnifiedACB runs in the browser against the public evidence dataset.
Optional question suggestions
When Ask cannot support a question, you can choose Suggest this question. Opening the editor does not send the question. You can edit the text, remove personal or patient details, and choose whether to send it. The form requires your confirmation before submission.
If you send a suggestion, we store the question text you reviewed, its submission date and time, a random submission reference used to prevent duplicate retries, a wording-based grouping key, and the interface and consent versions. The grouping key is not anonymization: the submitted question text is retained.
We do not include account details, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, page URLs or the rest of your Ask conversation in the feedback record. Please do not include names, contact details, dates of birth, medical record numbers or other information about an identifiable person in your question.
Suggestions are held in a separate private review queue, available through private site-management tools. They help prioritize future content and supported-question updates. They do not automatically change medication evidence, and this form does not provide individual replies or clinical advice.
Submitted questions remain in the review queue until removed by the site owner. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Counts describe submitted suggestions, not all unsupported questions or unique visitors.
Hosting and verification
The suggestion form uses a short-lived verification challenge and submission limits to reduce spam. Verification does not require an account or a third-party tracking service. Hosting providers may process technical information under their own privacy terms; the fields excluded from our feedback records may still be processed by the hosting platform when serving requests.
